How it started
In 2017, Fawn and Stuart opened Tru Burger Co. in Anthem with a clear goal: build a neighborhood restaurant worth coming back to. Quality was the default — not a feature.
The standard behind every burger
Every patty is a half-pound of antibiotic and hormone-free Gold Canyon Black Angus. The fryers run on beef tallow — clean, crisp, and never seed oils.
More than a cheeseburger
From a salmon burger with capers and lemon pepper to an ahi tuna patty with miso ginger aioli, the menu goes well beyond beef. Every sauce, salad, and sandwich is made in-house, every day.
A full bar worth staying for
The full bar is stocked with handcrafted cocktails, local beers, and a well-chosen spirits shelf. You're just as welcome to come in for drinks and apps as a full meal.
